Reheat Whole Turkey

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  • Remove plastic wrap from turkey
  • Place turkey a pan (like a roasting pan) and cover with foil.
  • Place the pan with the turkey in the oven. The time it takes to reheat will vary depending on the size of the bird.
  • Use a probe thermometer to check the internal temperature of the turkey by sticking it in its thigh. If the temperature is 160 degrees you can take the turkey out of the oven.
  • Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before carving it.
Reheat Spiral Cut Ham

 

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  • Remove ham from plastic wrap
  • Place ham in a pan (like a roasting pan) and cover tightly with foil.
  • Place the pan with the ham in the oven
  • Use a probe thermometer to check the internal temperature of the ham. If the temperature is 135-140 degrees you can take the ham out of the oven.
Reheat Whole Brisket

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  • Leave the brisket wrapped and place on a baking sheet
  • Place in oven and let warm until desired temperature. About 150 degrees internal.
